Design
We will work with you to create the design of the site, or have a full hands off approach. The UI will be based on your branding, colours, fonts and can work directly from your marketing guidlines.
Hardware Distribution
Once an order is received, we will handle the delivery of the product. Updates will be provided for every stage of the the sale cycle, from being picked, shipped, delivered and completed.
RMA’s, returns, queries and even product support and installations can be handled by our manned support desk.
Multi-Currency / Multi-Language
Our ecommerce sites are all multi-language which use geo location to auto switch as the customer entered the site to their default language. We support multi-currency and conversions based on geo location too, and offer specific local payment types like iDeal and Multi-Banco.

Yes. Typically we host and manage the entire site inlcuding domain, so we have full control over its performance, uptime and dns changes.

Depending on the forcast of sales, we can offset the cost of the entire service against margin offered by the manufacturer. Basiclly meaning the hardware manufacturer is funding your solution.
Can we dictate the products to be sold?
Yes, asbolutly. We work on behalf of you, with products that will only work for you.
We can add, remove and edit products at your request within minutes.

How quick can you get us live?
We can can your site full operational in as little as 2 weeks. Our typical turn around time is 4 weeks.
What if there is an issue with the delivery?
Issues with any delivery will be handled by our support desk which is operational 8 to 8, 364 days a year. Following up with the distributer and couriers unil the issue is solved.
Do you offer 1st line support?
Yes. We are a very experience technical team and can not only offer 1st line, but 2nd line support too. Installation assistance, troubleshooting and more.
Are you VAT Registered?
Yes. We are registered for VAT and sales tax in mutliple contries to be able to provide VAT returns.
