Key Responsibilities:
- To provide strong administrative support to the Sales team.
- Assist with processing customers’ orders and all associated administration including (but not limited to) tracking order and updating customers.
- Maintain accurate Sales department records and systems
- A varied and fast paced role, which requires attention to detail, accuracy and a high level of organisational skills
Requirements:
- Experienced administrator
- Attention to detail with an ability to work under pressure
- Excellent IT and communication skills
- Professional and highly organised

- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers and existing clients to promote our products/services.
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our offerings.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through active listening and asking probing questions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market changes.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in telesales or a related role is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Highly motivated and target-oriented.
- Self-disciplined and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes is a bonus.
- A positive attitude and a passion for sales.
