To create an account, follow the steps below:

1. Select the “Register” option in the top right of the webpage.

2. Fill out the details you would like to use for your account, all information fields are required to be filled in and must be accurate as this will be checked during verification.

3. When you have registered for an account, you will be met with the login page followed by the message “Thank you for registering. Your account requires manual approval. Please wait to be approved.” The next step of the process is for us, a member of our staff will verify your account details and grant you approval. Once approved you will receive an email confirming your account is now active and you are able to sign in using the email and password filled in by yourself.

4. To log into your account and access the ability to purchase products, select the account button in the top right of the home page (The small head icon) and select login/register. Enter your email and password to log in.

Once account creation has been completed, you will be able to access our list of products. On the home screen of digitalkreations.co.uk/qmatic there will be a selection of Intro products, please select the model of product you have, to be able to purchase the receipt tickets.

To view the orders you have placed, head to your account by using the “my account” button at the top right of the page. This should then open all of the areas you have access to on your account. Select “My orders” to view all of your outstanding orders.

A sub-user is a user tied to your primary account, with this you are able to manage permissions of purchasing for the sub-user and manage their orders. This creates a more secure way of purchasing through our website by granting permission to your employees.
To set this up, follow the below steps:

  • Head to your account dashboard using the “my account button > Dashboard” in the menu bar at the top right of the screen
  • Select “Subaccounts” from the side menu
  • Press “new subaccount” to create a subaccount for your primary account
  • Fill in the login details, personal details and select the permissions you would like to bestow to the new subaccount.
  • Select “Create subaccount” to finish the account creation process

Once the account has been created, you can edit the account details at any time by selecting “edit account”
The subaccount will now be active, you will be able to sign in using the details you provided.

To access the FAQ section, select the “Get help” button at the bottom of the web page. The FAQ section includes all of the smaller frequently asked questions we get from our customers, this will continue to grow so we can help those who are struggling to find what they are looking for!
